The gift boxes and vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (new range) and the stay or meal must take place during the period of validity.

The validity of the services of the gift voucher or gift card may be extended, during the period of validity, by 3 months, once only on your request.
In no case may the service be extended more than once.
Any request for extension made more than one month after the effective expiry date will not give rise to any further extension.
