The gift boxes and vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (new range published since October 2019). The stay or meal must take place during the validity period.
To request an extension of your gift box or your gift voucher, please contact aide@lescollectionneurs.com and mention the box reference.
At your request, the gift box or gift voucher may be extended, during its period of validity, by a maximum of 6 months, and this only once.
Since february 1st 2023, any extension will be charged. Please, find the extension fees in the following table:

Premium loyalty program
Members of the Premium loyalty program get a 6-months free extension, if the request is done 3 months before or 3 months after the initial expiry.
Only one extension per box/voucher is accepted.
